1. Collection of Personal Information
1-1. Purpose of Collection and Use
Bluwha collects personal information to verify user identity and provide broader, more personalized services. Personal information collected for these purposes may be used for accurate processing, delivery, customer support, and statistical analysis, allowing Bluwha to provide higher-quality services tailored to each member.
1-2. Scope of Collection
Bluwha collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service contracts and performance. Bluwha does not collect sensitive information that may significantly infringe on basic human rights, such as religion, place of origin, criminal records, health status, or sexual life, without the user's consent.
1-3. Items Collected and Collection Method
Most general users may use the website without disclosing personal information. However, when a user makes a purchase or submits a request, Bluwha may collect information required for processing and confirmation, such as name, phone number, address, postal code, and email address. For members, address, postal code, and phone number may also be collected selectively for purposes such as sending gifts or promotional items.
Additional optional information may be collected when users voluntarily enter it to receive additional services. Bluwha may also request personal information when users participate in quizzes, events, promotions, contests, or post content that requires identification. In such cases, Bluwha obtains the user's consent again. Bluwha does not use members' personal information for any purpose other than the stated purposes.
1-4. Consent Procedure and Exceptions
When collecting personal information, Bluwha obtains user consent through methods such as signature, electronic signature, email, or clicking an agreement button. Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
1. Where required by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection or other applicable laws.
2. Where necessary to perform a service agreement.
3. Where necessary to settle fees for service provision.
1-5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
When Bluwha outsources personal information processing to an external party, Bluwha obtains user consent. Bluwha also specifies and records contractual obligations such as compliance with privacy instructions, confidentiality, prohibition of third-party provision, and liability in the event of incidents.

Bluwha limits the number of personnel handling users' personal information to the minimum required and will never ask for a user's password by telephone or email.
2-2. Provision to Third Parties
Bluwha does not use personal information without permission or provide it to third parties without user consent. Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
1. Where required by laws such as financial transaction laws, credit information laws, telecommunications laws, tax laws, consumer protection laws, or criminal procedure laws. Even in these cases, users will be notified individually and may refuse use or provision beyond the notified or specified scope.
2. Where necessary to settle service fees.
3. Where information is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistics, academic research, or market research.
4. Where user consent is obtained for provision to an affiliate partner or information provider.
5. Where it is necessary to identify or contact a person who violates the Terms of Use or may cause harm to others.
6. Where user consent is obtained for improving service quality.
2-3. Retention and Use Period
Personal information retained by Bluwha is kept from the time a user applies for membership until the membership is terminated. The use period is the same as the retention period. However, personal information is destroyed earlier if the purpose of collection has been achieved. This also applies to third parties that lawfully received information from Bluwha. Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
1. Where retention is required by commercial law or other applicable laws.
2. Where the retention period has been notified to the user in advance and has not expired.
3. Where the user has separately consented.
2-4. Protection Measures
User information is protected by user ID and system-encrypted password. Therefore, user information may be managed directly only by the user. Access to personal information is possible only through login using the member's ID and password. Bluwha does not ask for passwords by email or telephone, so users should change passwords regularly for security.
Changes to personal information are processed so that only the user can edit the information after identity verification. Passwords are encrypted and stored by the system. However, data transmission over the internet is not completely secure. Therefore, Bluwha cannot fully guarantee information disclosed through bulletin boards or email. Users should log out after using the service and close the browser after using shared or public computers to prevent personal information leakage.
2-5. Management Measures
Bluwha provides necessary training to employees who handle personal information and designates system users who process personal information. Employees are prohibited from disclosing or providing personal information learned in the course of work. Bluwha also operates appropriate procedures to audit compliance with this policy and takes corrective or improvement measures where necessary.
3. User Rights and Management
3-1. Withdrawal of Consent
Users may withdraw consent to the collection of personal information at any time by entering their user ID and password. In such cases, Bluwha verifies the user's identity and takes the requested action.
3-2. Access and Correction
Users may request access to or correction of their personal information by logging in with their user ID and password. Bluwha will take corrective action and notify the user of the result.
3-3. Complaint Handling
Bluwha will handle complaints related to personal information and service use in a kind and prompt manner. Complaints may be sent to the following email address.
